With over 15 years of proven organizational and management skills, Darby brings a breadth of knowledge and experience in a wide array of fields. 

She has helped numerous companies expand offices from London to Hong Kong, and across the nation. She has worked with companies through all stages of early growth, from sole proprietors looking to establish their first office and hire their first employee, to Series A/B/C funded companies looking to expand their global footprint. 

Her experience includes managing and implementing office operations across the globe, including formulating policies and implementing the use of physical assets and human resources to optimize ROI and ensure successful growth. She is organized, has an acute attention to detail, and loves a challenge.

Darby has excelled at both domestic and international contract negotiations, as well as managing regional operations teams and vendor relationships. She is able to analyze various service platforms to determine the most cost effective and efficient tools for your specific market. 

Darby’s wealth of experience in operations and management encompasses creating and managing outsourced relationships, both domestic and global.

Hobbies

Finding new places to run, exploring the city with her dog, volleyball, tennis, golf and just about anything outdoors. She is also passionate about combating homelessness and making healthy food is accessible to all. She is a core volunteer for Back on My Feet and a member of the Young Professionals Board for the Doe Fund.
